GENERAL INFORMATIONS
This General Information relates to the booking for the rental of vehicles from Narder Noleggio ® remotely via the telematic network on the narder.it site belonging to Narder Autoveicoli Srl, based in Oderzo TV, via Fulgenzio Anzanel 18. Each purchase transaction will be finalized in the premises of the Narder rental points, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 196/03.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
The bookings of Narder branded rental vehicles are considered concluded at the moment in which the credit card tokenization takes place and contextual acceptance of the general rental conditions. The contractual documentation will be completed upon physical collection of the vehicle.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The Customer is required, before submitting the rental booking request, to carefully read the general conditions. The forwarding of the booking request implies their full knowledge and acceptance.
DEFINITION OF THE ORDER
By sending the booking request through the online order, the Customer transmits to Narder Autoveicoli Srl a proposal to accept a rental quote inserted in the cart. When the Customer places an online order for the quote that he has placed in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in the General Conditions.
Narder Autoveicoli Srl, through the selected rental point, will notify the Customer of the acceptance and confirmation of the rental vehicle reservation. Narder Autoveicoli Srl reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or bind any reservations.
PURCHASE METHOD
The customer requests the rental of a vehicle, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, at the price calculated with the estimate for the selected period and with the covers, options and characteristics chosen. Before submitting the rental order, the detailed cost is summarized. Once the booking order has been forwarded, the customer will receive from the selected rental point an e-mail message confirming receipt of the rental order and containing information relating to the main characteristics of the requested vehicle, a detailed indication of the price, of applicable taxes.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In any case, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, or from the booking, as described in the general conditions.
METHOD FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a written communication to the email address of the rental point of Narder Autoveicoli Srl according to the terms of the General Conditions
COMPLAINTS
For any complaints or clarifications, the customer must write to the e-mail address narder@narder.it The customer will be contacted for clarification within 3 (three) working days from the request.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All disputes arising from this agreement will be devolved to a conciliation attempt at the Mediation Body of the Treviso Chamber of Commerce and resolved according to the Conciliation Regulations adopted by the same.
If the Parties intend to appeal to the ordinary Judicial Authority, the competent court is that of the headquarters of Narder Autoveicoli Srl, except in the case that the customer is defined as a 'consumer', in which case he will be from the place of residence or domicile of choice of the consumer. , mandatory pursuant to art. 33, paragraph 2, letter u) of the code cons.
